Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is the practice of slowly and mindfully spending time in a natural setting—especially a forest—to support your mental and physical well-being. It’s not about hiking or exercise, but about being present: noticing the sounds, smells, textures, and sights around you. This intentional connection with nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and promote relaxation.
During this session, we may also explore nature poetry and nature journaling as a way to deepen our connection—capturing what we observe, feel, and experience through words, sketches, or reflections. Please bring a journal and art supplies if desired.
